The HYPE auditions will be held on Sunday August 14th from 4h30pm to 6h00pm at the YMCA, 1525 Parc Ave, Rockland, ON.
HYPE will be practicing on Sundays from 1h00pm to 2h00pm at the YMCA in Rockland every week starting September 4th, 2011. The cost to be in this group remain the same as the regular Remix classes. All cities are welcome to audition.
Dancers who become a part of HYPE will have the opportunity to do the follwing:
• Compete at the 2012 Canadian Hip Hop Championships
• Compete at the 2012 Black Out 2K Competition in Montreal
• Compete at the 5-6-7-8 Showtime Competition in Mont-Tremblant
• Receive your own personalized team outfit (Sweatshirt and/or T-Shirts with HYPE logo, matching shoes and jogging pants) please note extra cost will apply
• Practice on Sundays at the YMCA in the aerobic room with mirrors
• Participate in different shows around the city to promote Remix
• Do a Photo Shoot in an urban underground area with graffiti backgrounds
• Dance alongside of Thrive in a choreography piece for the final shows
• Perform at ALL the REMIX Shows
• Train with well known choreographers from time to time throughout the year
• Be part of a team of motivated people who want to push themselves to be the best dancers they can be and who want to attain the same goals
